Seaside Educational Consultants

A Premier, Nationwide, Professional Development Organization

Our Mission

Every day we go to work, our staff at Seaside Educational Consultants wants to accomplish two things: improve our children’s educational experience and provide our educators the tools to do so.

Seaside Educational Consultants is a premier, nationwide, professional development organization that provides shrink-wrapped and custom professional development programs for schools, districts, individuals, national and state conferences, and associations. Our professional development is delivered in a variety of modalities, including onsite and virtual. See Professional Development offerings for the Who, What, Where and How!

Our mission is simple...We want to help you help our children. Together we can make a difference! If the work we do with you today doesn’t end up on students’ plates tomorrow, we need to rethink the work!

From our recent MSAA workshop

“Excellent PD offering today. Dr. Judy DeLucia was outstanding and so energetic! The 3 hours went really fast and it was wonderful to have time to think and process. Thank you so much! You should write a book! Do podcasts!”

From our recent MSAA workshop

"Thank you so much - I really enjoyed how, through your presentation, you were able to create a community in a short period of time, and made us feel safe to engage with others in a non-judgemental fashion.

From our recent MSAA workshop

“Probably the best run PD ever. Usually I find myself resentful that presenters do not follow good teaching. This experience was quite the opposite. The presenter understands adult learners incredibly well. 10/10! “

From our recent MSAA workshop

"The circle conversations I thought were extremely helpful. The different strategies you can take to the conversation really opened my eyes to the possibilities that can come through this restorative practice. ”

From our recent MSAA workshop

“The use of the different types of restorative practices, mediation, whole class circle, and smaller circles was really helpful in understanding how to navigate this practice in different disciplinary types of situations. “
